Fisensor's next-generation pressure-sensing smart insoles integrate the company's latest flexible sensing technology. Through an array layout, they accurately and in real-time measure and record plantar pressure distribution during various activities such as standing, walking, and running, providing critical data support for fields including robotic motion research and medical rehabilitation.

Compared with traditional pressure-detecting insoles, Fisensor's latest smart insoles have achieved significant improvements in key aspects such as the number of sensing points, pressure detection accuracy, and continuous monitoring reliability. Currently, the company has secured designated cooperation with national-level clinical medical institutions for the development of end-point detection projects in brain-computer interface systems tailored for lower limb rehabilitation training of stroke patients. Simultaneously, Fisensor has obtained designated development contracts for robotic plantar sensing modules from multiple leading global embodied intelligence clients, marking the continuous expansion of its sensing technology applications.

The smart pressure-sensing insoles feature a layout of high-density measurement points, with each point boasting a measurement range of 50 Kpa to 1000 Kpa. They enable high-precision detection and rapid response times, generating and analyzing real-time reports.

In the field of embodied intelligence, these smart pressure-sensing insoles function like sensitive plantar nerves for robots. By capturing key real-time data such as plantar pressure distribution and center-of-gravity shifts through high-precision sensors, they provide core data support for robot walking stability. Based on this data, gait algorithms are continuously optimized to make robot movement more human-like—making it one of the key technologies driving robots toward practical applications.

In the field of medical rehabilitation, the smart insoles capture patients' real-time plantar pressure distribution, weight-bearing center of gravity, and reconstruct gait trajectories. They quickly deliver accurate data support for stroke patients, foot disease rehabilitation, post-surgical walking training, and other scenarios. This data enables the formulation and adjustment of personalized rehabilitation plans, while patients can also visually track their training progress.
