FiSensor (South China) Production Base has officially started operations. Located in Qingxi Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, the base is a customized production line for electronic skin tailored exclusively to leading dexterous hand customers.

The initial monthly production capacity reaches 5,000 sets of customized electronic skin for dexterous hands, covering the entire manufacturing process. With an estimated annual output value exceeding 100 million yuan, it realizes the dual-drive of large-scale production and customized delivery in the robotic electronic skin industry.

Complementing the Zhangjiagang headquarters factory (scheduled for commissioning at the end of November) in multiple aspects, the South China manufacturing base marks the official completion of FiSensor’s global layout featuring R&D centers in two locations (Beijing and Silicon Valley) and manufacturing facilities in two regions.

Leveraging its geographical advantage of proximity to local key customers, the South China base focuses on rapidly responding to customized demands, achieving efficient capacity ramp-up and product delivery. This layout will effectively integrate resource advantages across regions, providing more agile and robust supply chain support for global customers.

As the 100-billion-yuan electronic skin market accelerates its growth, FiSensor is continuously building mass production capabilities across multiple processes on the delivery front, refining the dual cycle of R&D and manufacturing.

Through sustained innovation in the integrated system of materials, processes, and products, the company lays a solid foundation for its development. With the explosive growth of humanoid robots and other fields, the large-scale delivery of electronic skin injects more core momentum into the intelligent upgrading of robots.
